From founding Alexander & Björck in London to beginning a new chapter at Viking House, Lena’s passion for hospitality has always centred around creating personal experiences and bringing people together. Today, she leads Viking House – our 14-bedroom hotel, restaurant and bar in the heart of Donegal.
